    City Loop
    The City Loop is the railway service around the Central Business District of Melbourne. Most time the train is underground. The City Loop has 5 stations:
    - Southern Cross: major train station, trains to other cities
    - Flinders Street: main suburban station
    - Flagstaff: underground station, 4 platforms, 11 suburb train lines stop here
    - Melbourne Central: underground station near Melbourne Central Shopping Centre
    - Parliament: underground station under the Parliament House and Bourke Street

    Southern Cross Railway Station
    Southern Cross is the major transport hub in Melbourne.
    - The train station is the terminus of trains to Sydney and Adelaide
    - Trains to regional cities such as Ballarat, Bendigo and Geelong
    - The coach terminal is next to the station under the shopping centre
    - Express buses link Southern Cross with Melbourne Airport 24/7
    - The shopping centre includes 100 shops, bars and restaurants
    - The Etihad Stadium sporting arena is close by (500m)

    Flinders Street Station
    This is the central station for the suburban train network. Over 100.000 people use Flinders Street Station each day. It's located on the corner of Flinders Street and Swanston street. The Customer Information Centre is open daily from 7.00 – 19.30. Cafes, eateries are located on the concourse; ATM's are around the station.

    Myki tickets
    Melbourne is moving to a new ticketing system in the public transportation. The Myki and Metcard systems are currently operating alongside each other.
    Myki is a smart card that can store either travel days as a money amount. A Myki Discovery Centre is located on the ground level of Southern Cross Station. Opening hours: Monday to Friday 6.00 - 20.00, Saturday and Sunday 9.00 - 17.00
